Return Eligibility
Items may be sent back within 14 days from the date they were delivered. To initiate a request, please contact us at info@shopcory.com. Products must be unused, in the same condition received, and include original packaging and tags. Requests submitted after the 30-day timeframe will not be considered.
How to Return an Item
- Request Authorization: Email us at info@shopcory.com with your order details and reason for the return. Unapproved returns will not be processed.
- Follow Provided Steps: Once your request is reviewed, we will send instructions for completing the return.
- Prepare the Package: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage while in transit.
- Shipping Costs: The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Policy
After the returned item is received, it will be reviewed. If it meets our return conditions, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be finalized. No restocking deductions will be made.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us at info@shopcory.com as soon as possible. Cancellations can usually be processed before an order begins packing. Once processing or shipment has started, cancellation is no longer possible, and you would need to initiate a return after delivery.
Damaged or Wrong Items
While we take great care in packaging and quality checks, errors can happen. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, please email clear photos of the issue, including packaging, to info@shopcory.com. We will review your case promptly and arrange a replacement or correction to resolve the issue.
