Shipping Policy

Essential Details:

  • Cut-Off for Same-Day Processing: Orders placed by 4:00 PM EDT on business days will be processed the same day. Orders received after this time will begin processing the following business day.
  • Processing Timeline: Most orders are prepared and packaged within 0-1 business days (Monday through Friday). During peak periods or unforeseen events, processing may take slightly longer.
  • Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, packages arrive within 5–9 business days (Monday–Friday). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules or external circumstances.
  • Free Shipping: All orders within the United States qualify for complimentary shipping, regardless of size or value.

How Your Order Moves
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email signaling that we have received it. Our team will then begin preparing your items for shipment, within 0-1 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping notification with tracking information will be sent so you can monitor its journey.

Delivery occurs within 5-9 business days from dispatch. Timelines may shift depending on your location, courier availability, or logistical factors. We aim to make every delivery as smooth and timely as possible.

Delays
